What do these numbers mean?
What does the score measure?
It combines five micro-benchmarks (math, JSON, regex, sorting, DOM) plus a frame-rate sample into a single number. Higher is faster.
Why does it matter?
Web apps are increasingly heavy. A slow browser score means web apps, dashboards, and editors will feel sluggish — even on fast internet.
What if my score is low?
Close other tabs, disable heavy extensions, update your browser, or check whether your device is in low-power mode.
How to compare?
Run the test on multiple devices or browsers. The composite score is normalised so values are roughly comparable across machines.
