Dispute Resolution
This policy summarizes the dispute resolution process that applies to disputes arising from or relating to TechUtilityTools.
Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the user agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Relationale LLC through the contact page and allowing thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Relationale LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Venue
Subject to applicable law, the user and Relationale LLC agree that any proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in that State.
No class actions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user and Relationale LLC agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Severability
If any portion of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
