The service

TechUtilityTools provides browser-based internet, network, and connectivity diagnostics, plus optional account features (history, monitors, dashboards). The free tier is rate-limited; paid tiers add server-side monitoring and team features.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our tools to probe systems you don't own or have authorization to test.
• Submit automated traffic that exceeds documented rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer the service to circumvent paid features.
• Use TechUtilityTools to harass, defame, or harm any person or organization.

Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect compromise.

Paid subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case for genuine errors.

Intellectual property

TechUtilityTools brand, design, code, and editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any data you submit to your account.

Disclaimers

Diagnostics are provided "as is." Results are intended for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of network performance, security, or business outcomes. See our methodology for accuracy limits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechUtilityTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to account holders.
