What does the readiness score actually measure?
We weight download, upload, latency, jitter, and packet loss against the selected platform's real requirements. Twitch cares about upload + stability; Netflix cares about download; cloud gaming cares about latency. A 100 means comfortable headroom; below 55 means you'll feel it.
Jitter vs latency — what's the difference?
Latency is how long a packet takes. Jitter is how much that time varies between packets. A 60ms link with 5ms jitter feels smooth; a 60ms link with 40ms jitter feels choppy. Voice and live video are jitter-sensitive.
Why does my livestream buffer when speed tests look fine?
Speed tests measure burst capacity. Livestreams need sustained upload with stable timing. Buffer bloat, brief packet loss, and Wi-Fi micro-outages cause stutters that don't show up on raw Mbps. Run the packet-loss analyzer for a deeper view.
