Scope
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, TechUtilityTools.com, and their employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to use of the platform.
Examples
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from diagnostic results, internet speed tests, browser reports, network analysis, DNS or IP lookup information, AI-assisted explanations, educational materials, or downtime of third-party services referenced by the platform.
Aggregate cap
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the user for paid features in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater.
Jurisdiction
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
