Trust & Governance
Technical Utilities Trust & Governance Center
TechUtilityTools.com is a professional technical utilities platform published by Relationale LLC, founded by Keiron Brown. This Trust & Governance Center is the single, permanent index of every policy, methodology, accuracy, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, editorial, and legal document that governs how the platform operates.
It is designed to strengthen transparency, support responsible use of technical information, document our diagnostic methodology, and provide meaningful legal protections for Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, TechUtilityTools.com, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns.
Our mission
We help users better understand their devices, browsers, networks, and online environments through practical diagnostic tools and educational resources. Every tool is browser-based, every methodology is published, and every limitation is documented.
How our tools work
Most diagnostics run directly in the user's browser using standards-based APIs and public endpoints. We document measurement techniques, sample counts, and known limits on each methodology page so that users can interpret results with appropriate context. See the Diagnostic Methodology and Network Diagnostics Methodology for details.
Our commitment to technical accuracy
Every reasonable effort is made to provide accurate technical information. Browser restrictions, operating system differences, network conditions, hardware, third-party services, and user configuration may still affect results. Critical technical decisions should be independently verified. See the Tool Accuracy Statement.
Privacy & security
We minimize data collection, process diagnostics in the browser where possible, and serve traffic over TLS. See the Privacy Policy, Data Collection & Privacy Guide, and Security & Privacy Practices.
Cybersecurity awareness
The platform publishes educational cybersecurity guidance covering authentication, software updates, safe browsing, phishing awareness, and home network hygiene. TechUtilityTools is not a managed security service. See the Cybersecurity Awareness Guide.
Editorial standards
Content is produced under documented editorial principles emphasizing transparency, technical accuracy, educational usefulness, accessibility, and continuous improvement. See the Editorial Policy.
Open standards & methodology
We build against published IETF, W3C, and WHATWG specifications and publish methodology rather than treating it as proprietary. See Open Standards & Methodology and Technical Standards.
How to report technical issues
Report inaccuracies, broken tools, outdated documentation, accessibility barriers, or methodology concerns through the Corrections Policy or directly via the Contact page.
